Bright central spacious quiet gym concierge

This is a state-of-art flat we, as a couple, loved since we moved in over 3 and a half years ago. Spacious, bright, well insulated and functional, the flat is part of a complex of 4 buildings managed together, offering 24/7 concierge, private gym open 6 am to 10 pm (free of charge), 4 terraces and a front door piazza, and garage.
The complex is very central, situated in the vibrant Staines High Street but not exposed to the traffic noise, walking distance from the town center where many restaurants and shops are (many good restaurants, café, 7/11 grocery shops, and many shops will be just at your doorstep:).
The community is respectful of all those living in and very collaborative should any need arises, we are all connected by WhatsApp groups divided by theme and never invasive.
Concierge is always available and easy to contact through the home intercom, email or phone, or by simply walking to reception just next door.
We are moving out due to work reasons and looking for tidy individual/s that will appreciate a meticulous choice of furniture and a bright and spacious space, to whom we could hand over what has been our nest of calm and serenity for the last 3 and a half years.
