Looking for a calm, comfortable place to live? I'm seeking a female roommate to share a lovely, fully furnished house with me. Here are the details:
The Room & House:
* Spacious double room - bed, drawers, mirror, and wardrobe included.
* Shared bathroom, kitchen, and living room
* Free parking available
* Access to a communal garden
* Fully furnished house
Tenancy Details:
* Contract duration: 27th October to 27th March
* No pets allowed
* No smoking permitted - would rather have a non-smoker
Shared Costs (split between 2 people):
* Rent: £1550.00 per month (total)
* Council tax: £186.00 (total)
* Gas and Electric: £90-100 in winter, £70-80 in summer (total)
* WiFi: £25.00 (total)
* Water: around 30 a month
Ideal Roommate:
* Female professional (open to students but must be able to pay 6 months rent upfront)
* Quiet and respectful
* Visitors are allowed, but no more than twice a week, with noise kept to a minimum. No parties
* Clean and tidy, with shared responsibility for communal areas
* Someone who respects the need for a quiet house, especially on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday when I work remotely
* I keep to myself but am always up for a chat
About Me: I'm a quiet, laid-back person who enjoys relaxing, reading, yoga, gym, and horse riding. I work in property management and am out of the house from 7 AM to 7 PM on Tuesdays and Thursdays. In my downtime, I like watching movies.
