This room currently has a double bed. I am happy to swap the double bed with a single bed if needed, which will open up the space a lot. Bedside cabinet and large set of draws + TV included. Shared bathroom in the landing close by to the room upstairs. Lock/key access to room. Access to space in fridge and general cooking/air-fryer/microwave. No common areas available. Fast fibre internet. Non restricted off street parking close to house for cars, a one minute walk. 10 minute walk to Staines bridge. Not ideal if you have allergies due to one cat that lives here.
