A comfortable double bedroom with a single bed, available for single occupancy only. No sleepovers, please.

The room has plenty of cupboard and storage space. You’ll have use of the kitchen, bathroom, and garden. The lounge is not included.

We also have a shed if you need to store a bicycle.

We’re looking for someone who is clean, tidy, and respectful, and who cleans up after themselves. This is a calm and peaceful home.

We also have cats, so it’s important that you’re a genuine cat lover 🐾
