Bedroom D is on the first floor and over looks the back the front and the back of the house.
The room is small but beautifully proportioned with1 x tall Georgianesque windows.
The room is carpeted and has a
small double bed protected with 2 mattress cover layers, a wardrobe
chest of draws , a floor standing mirror and comfy arm chair, bedside light, shelves, desk and chair a TV aerial. Desk is optional.
The Doors are lockable.
THE SPACE IN THE HOUSE
The Kitchen Diner /Living Room is light and large and comfy.

The house adheres to all Fire / Health & Safety & HMO Regulations and has a licence for 5 people. The rooms for SINGLE occupancy only.
PARKING
There is parking on the street outside. You will have to apply to the Council for a permit, by providing your tenancy agreement.
Full Referencing/Credit & Identity Checks /Right to Rent will be undertaken. A Deposit equal to the room rental will be taken which is held with the TDS

I’ve had the pleasure of living at 10 Marsh Lane for nearly four years, and my experience has been nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I moved in, Fiona, the landlord, has demonstrated an unparalleled level of professionalism and care. Her thorough and comprehensive overview upon my arrival ensured that I was well-acquainted with the property and its amenities.
One of the standout features of 10 Marsh Lane is the ample storage space available. Each room is thoughtfully designed with plenty of storage options, which made organising my belongings effortless. The house itself is in pristine condition.
Fiona has been an exemplary landlord in every respect. Any issues that arose were addressed swiftly and effectively, showcasing her dedication to providing a comfortable living environment. Her accessibility and willingness to help have been greatly appreciated throughout my tenancy.
Another highlight of my experience at 10 Marsh Lane was the smooth and hassle-free return of my deposit. Fiona ensured that I received my entire deposit back in full, without any issues or delays. This level of fairness further underscores her excellent management of the property.
I’ve also had the opportunity to build some strong and lasting friendships. Although it is now time for me to move on, I leave with nothing but positive memories. Fiona has made the entire process, from move-in to move-out, incredibly seamless and pleasant.

I moved to Cambria Court 13 in the middle of the pandemic to pursue an internship in the UK and spend the first half of 2021 living there. Even with the complications arising from moving in from abroad, the entire moving process was very smooth and quite enjoyable. In general, it is a really nice place with sympathetic housemates and uncomplicated management.

My stay at the beautiful house in Church Street has been such a happy and comfortable experience - so much so that I went back for a second time to rent a room in this lovely house!
The tastefully furnished and decorated rooms with luxury brand new bathrooms are tranquil and very welcoming and there is a superb kitchen which is large, light an airy.
Fiona is a fabulous landlady attending to every detail and always upgrading the property and the living accommodation.
I would not hesitate to go back to the house and will miss being there in this lovely part of Staines, just a 2 minute stroll to the beautiful River Thames and only 5 minutes walk from the town centre!

Fiona Is a very attentive landlord. Anything the house needed she was quick at responding and replacing with no issues. The house is always well kept and good balance of being able to have privacy or socialise in the communal areas. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Cambria court and will miss being able to call it home!

I have lived at Marsh Lane for over 18 months and I can happily say this is the nicest and most friendly house share accommodation in all of Surrey. The location is fantastic, a stone throw away from all major towns in surrey as well all major shops and gyms in Addlestone and Chertsey. The house is filled with really amazing people, most of which I hope to stay friends with for a long time. Fiona is a really great landlord, always courteous and respectful. If it wasn't for Corona Virus, I would happily stay there for months if not years longer. So in summary, if you're deciding whether to move into this accommodation I can guarantee you won't be disappointed!

I have lived at Cambria Court for over 3 years, and it’s been the best place I have rented so far. It does feel like home. It’s cosy, clean, bright. I especially enjoyed the large windows and the brightness in the house. Fiona is a great landlord, always taking care of things in the house. She goes above and beyond to make sure her tenants are looked after. Lighting up Christmas decoration and bringing some sweets for us were just a few of the many nice things she did for us. I am leaving this lovely place as I have taken a new job elsewhere but would gladly live here again! Highly recommended!
