I am looking for a flat mate as I am mostly away for work in my property based in Stanwell. It is beautifully furnished with everything in tip top working order. I am quite a clean living person and enjoy health and fitness.

The property is in ideal proximity to LHR and a 5-10 minute drive to terminal 5. There is very well maintained gardens and parks on a walking distance as well as walking trail intersecting Staines reservoir if you enjoy walking/jogging.
There is ample free parking and bus stop is a 5 minute walk which go to Hatton Cross station in 15 minutes.
Council Tax included in monthly rent. The only additional cost on top of the monthly rent is the electric and gas bill which will be split between us! .
As much as I love dogs/cats, unfortunately they are not allowed!
Likewise there is no smoking in the property.
