I’m looking for someone to take over my ensuite room as I’m relocating for work.
The house is modern, clean, and well-maintained, featuring a very large living area, a spacious kitchen, and a lovely backyard. The room is unfurnished, but I can leave my wardrobe, bed, and mattress if required, and we can negotiate a reasonable price for these items.
The property is located in a great neighbourhood with excellent transport links and amenities:
• Tesco – 5 minutes walk
• Bus stop – 2 minutes walk
• Ashford Station – 15 minutes walk
The current tenancy term is limited, but if a longer stay is required, we can discuss the possibility of extending the tenure with the landlord.
You will be sharing the house with two friendly, clean, and respectful working professionals, making it a comfortable and pleasant place to live.
