Spare room in house share for professionals

We are looking for a professional to replace a previous tenant.

It is in a residential neighbourhood that is quiet and close to Guildford. This house share offers a room within a three-bed semi-detached house, with all the essential amenities, plus a lot more! There is a downstairs toilet and a bathroom upstairs with a bath and shower. The kitchen has all the necessities and a dining room attached. Extras include a medium-sized garden and a driveway that would fit up to three cars.

The spare room is the smallest bedroom so there can be a further discussion if interested, regarding the rent or if a different room is more suitable.

There is a lot of communal space including a large living room with a fireplace and a projector! Due to this, we are looking for someone who is sociable. Preferably, a tenant would also work shifts as we are both emergency workers and need someone similar. We also require someone around the same age with similar interests.
