Are you looking for a friendly home share with your own space? I have a lovely ground floor double room available with near sole use of the ground floor toilet (not en suite) Access will be required for the washing machine only. Otherwise it’s for your sole use/maintenance.

The room is part furnished with single bed to provide greater space, desk, wardrobes and plenty of storage space - to store the bulk of your plates, utensils etc.

There is a kitchen (1 allocated cupboard) and the garden accessible via the side gate. The upstairs is my space however you of course have access to the first floor for the bathroom (a well maintained, clean L shaped bath/overhead shower).

The home is shared with my 2 children “part time” (Wed & Thur plus alternate weekends). So, you will need to be open to and happy to hear young voices some of the time.

You will have a free car parking space in the drive.

This room is ideally offered to a student or NHS worker, being close to the University of Surrey or RSCH. Local shops within walking distance, bus stop.
