Spacious double room available for short-term rent in a comfortable, warm and friendly house in Guildford at an amazing rate for the area.

Three-bedroom house with a communal kitchen, lounge and dining area and two bathrooms. There is a small patio garden at the back to sit outside in the summer.

You'll live with two laid-back professionals: Sophie (charity worker) and Danny (comedian & writer). We are both out of the house quite a bit for work so you can enjoy having your own space, but we like catch-ups in the kitchen and to chill out and watch things together if we coincide in the evening.

Fantastic access to green space: a two-minute stroll to Queen Elizabeth Park, and Whitmoor Common is just a 10-minute walk or 5-minute drive away.

Good local amenities: very close to Tesco Express, a community cafe, and Nuffield gym with a full-size swimming pool. A post office, newsagent, garage and pharmacy are around 5 minutes' walk away.

We have free on street parking, and are 2 minutes' walk from a bus stop into town. Travelling into London: 25 mins to London Waterloo from Woking Station, or 35 mins from Guildford.

Bills, internet and council tax are paid separately to the rent and comes to around £150 each per month (can be slightly higher in winter and lower in summer).
