1 double room with newly refurbished en-suite bathroom, fully furnished in a ground floor flat, all bills included, available from 1st of September 2025. I am looking for a friendly, clean and respectful female to join me in my beautiful home. This room is suitable for mature professionals only, not students. Interns are welcome for short-term lets. British airways employees also are welcome.

Free use of shared facilities- internet, washing machine, living room, TV with freeview (sky package can be obtained if requested inclusive in the rent). 10mins drive to Heathrow airport by car and there is a direct bus to Heathrow central bus stations. Transport available into London via south west trains (train station only 10mins walk), M3 and A316, close to M25. There is a Tesco superstore open 24hrs just 10mins walk. Local leisure centre just 15mins walk or a 5 minute drive. Parking available. Close to 3 hospitals, 10mins drive to Ashford hospital, 25mins to St. Peters and 25mins to Kingston Hospital. Small high street containing subway, KFC, Marks and Spencers, Post Office, Boots and Barclays bank to name a few.

No pets allowed. Smoking is permitted outside the building. I would require half the rent's deposit in advance. Please contact me for viewings.

A little about me, I am a female professional of Arabian origin. I like to socialise in the evenings or weekends, even better if we have common interests, but I am also respectful of space and privacy and enjoy alone time too. I am hardly home at the moment so you will have the place to yourself most of the time. I enjoy cooking, socialising, working out, twilight, disney, pilates, unwinding in the green area outside (when the weather holds), going for walks, family time, learning new things. :)
