This is a huge bedroom with lots of under eves storage and en-suite.

It's off Vicarage road, so is quiet; and overlooks the Vicarage and Church.

The current tenant is moving out after more than six years, so we are going to repaint the room and also lounge.

Unfortunately, I cannot offer more than a year and three months tenancy. I am planning to sell in the spring of 2027.

There's a large kitchen, dining room, separate lounge and sunny patio.

It's five minutes walk to Sunbury Station; 10 minutes walk to B. P. 's Headquarters; 10 minutes drive to Shepperton Studios and 15 minutes to Heathrow.

One of the rooms is a self contained Studio Flat; so essentially it's mainly two other people to share with , who keep it clean.

I have kept the property very low occupancy so that it gives a better quality of life. So, despite the room being very large, I'm looking for single occupancy.
