Double bedroom with ensuite bills included

Hi there!

We are a family of three (plus a cat!) living in a spacious 4-bedroom house in Sunbury-on-Thames. We have a ground-floor double bedroom with its own shower room for rent. The room is massive, with a large window. It is partially furnished with a double bed, table and chairs. Other furniture is open to discussion. The kitchen is included in shared space.

More about us: we are considerate professionals in our late 30s-early 40s working in central London. We have a child aged 3 and a cat who is very friendly and sociable. We have created a safe, respectful and positive environment. Our house is also reasonably quiet and clean.

We are looking for a professional, ideally in his/her 20s or 30s, who could join us as a lodger, ideally on a long-term basis. We would like him/her to be respectful, considerate, clean, like children, and get on well with cats!
