I am ideally looking for a young female professional but am open to couples (please note the small double bed could be a squeeze for 2 people but is possible!) A student can be considered but will need to provide evidence that the rent can be paid. Happy to socialise as well as keep to myself but I am looking for a longer term flatmate who would become a friend instead of just flatmate!
For couples, it would be £1400 pcm to cover the additional utilities used and wear and tear of another person.

I am also open to any pets - please just let me know beforehand so we can discuss logistics and price :)
