Less than 10 min walk to Upper Halliford station - direct train to London Waterloo
15 min walk to Tesco Extra and The Gym Group (Sunbury Cross shopping area)
Plenty of transport links to Kingston, Teddington, Feltham and Twickenham etc.
Designated car space is included.
Rent is fully inclusive of all bills (electricity, water, broadband, council tax - band D, service charges and ground rent), feel free to make use of my Costco membership!
I am ideally looking for a young female professional but am open to couples (please note the small double bed could be a squeeze for 2 people but is possible!) A student can be considered but will need to provide evidence that the rent can be paid. Happy to socialise as well as keep to myself but I am looking for a longer term flatmate who would become a close friend instead of just flatmate! I also do nails so free nails could also be included ;)
For couples, it would be £1200 pcm to cover the additional utilities used!
I have recently moved in so there are still furniture to be built and clean ups to be done so please bear that in mind during the viewing, this is why the available date is slightly pushed back!
I am also open to any pets - please just let me know beforehand so we can discuss logistics :)

A call is required before an in-person viewing of the flat! Please can you also provide a reference from your place of work. A small deposit is requested to cover any damage that might occur.
I understand that the rent could be considered on the higher side but I have family financial obligations that means my financial outgoings are higher than just the usual. However, there are amenities such as an ensuite, extra large room and a designated car space.
