We have a lovely spacious double room with private ensuite available from 1st July. We are used to welcoming people into our home.
Our current female lodger is moving out into her own independent flat and stayed happily with us.
It is a 5 bedroom detached house situated in a quiet, safe and highly desirable part of Lower Sunbury (TW16) with parking. 15-20 minute walk to Sunbury station and 10 minute walk to the 235 bus stop which goes to Feltham and Hounslow.
It is near all the village amenities, river and green spaces. The room is furnished to a high standard with plenty of storage and you have a private ensuite attached.
The kitchen and lounge will be shared and is clean, modern and well maintained offering comfortable living. We want people to feel that this is a home from home.
We are a busy working household who offers a relaxed environment and we welcome a professional who is tidy, independent and respectable.
We have two small friendly dogs and a well-kept back garden which adds to the homely atmosphere. You will be living with a married couple and two young people who are 20 and 27 years old.
£750 includes bills and we require a deposit and references.
