Double Bedroom

Available from the 16th August. Presently being decorated, small Double Bedroom, shared bathroom, in 2 bedroom house with off street parking in Lower Sunbury. 5 minutes down to the river Thames, 15 minutes walk to Kempton Park or Sunbury train station. Living in one landlady with a small friendly dog. Perfect for a woman, who prefers quiet, relaxing and peaceful life style. Not for house parties, not for couples, not for visitors, not suitable for families with children. Woman only and single occupancy only. Please don’t contact me if you are a man, and please don’t send your male friends and male members of family to view the room for you. I have a small dog living in the house, she is very friendly, so if you are a dog person you would enjoy her company as she is always around. There is a breakfast room with basic kitchenette appliances, and not suitable for someone who cooks a lot. I am mostly vegetarian, eggs and fish meals only, without meat, so if you can’t stand the smell of fried bacon or beef - this place would be perfect for you! The bedroom is a double size but with a single bed, small wardrobe and a chest of drawers, there is no desk in it hence not suitable for someone who works from home. The bathroom has a bath tub, you won’t be able to shower as there is no shower, so if you are a bubble bath lover it’s for you! There is a separate utility room with washing and drying machine. The house is currently being decorated, there is a parking space for you right in front of the house. It’s very safe and relaxing residential area, with respect for privacy. A peaceful evening with a glass of wine and a book type. I would not mind if you smoke as I do as well. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me.
