Single Room

Hi

I'm looking for somebody very clean and tidy. Somebody friendly and considerate.

The flat is beautiful in a sort after gated community in Sunbury On Thames and is located just 7 minutes away from Upper Halliford Station.(50 mins to Waterloo)

The room is for one person only; Would not like to rent who has a bf/gf 24 hours around.
There is a separate shower and a bathroom in the property.

The flat is kept clean and tidy at all times so my ideal flatmate would have to keep up the place that way. The bedroom has a single bed and single wardrobe and book shelf.

I'm a very friendly person. And enjoy chatting and having a laugh. Would also love to find somebody with those qualities too.
Due to my religious restrictions on food I cannot allow pork to be cooked in the kitchen.
