Double bedroom in Sunbury/Feltham available April

I am looking for the right person to fit in my 2 bed flat in Sunbury on Thames. Someone who is considerate, clean and respectful but also sociable, friendly and easy-going and would be up for hanging out and cooking meals together.

Would consider a Monday - Friday let at a lower rate.

I work in the NHS, so I'm ideally looking for someone who also does. The flat is also less than a 10 min walk to the BP Offices.

The double bedroom is fully furnished, with a double bed, wardrobe, and drawers.
Rent will be £600 per month and bills are separate. They are split evenly and work out around £140-180, depending on the season.

The room will be available from April, but I can be flexible with dates before or after April, as it’s more important to me to find the right person.

About the flat:
- Living room with smart TV
- Bathroom with a bath and shower
- Kitchen has been recently refurbished
- Ground floor flat in a small block
- Communal gardens
- On street parking with no need for a permit

Surrounding area:
- Couple minutes walk to the 235 bus. It’s frequent and goes to Sunbury or Brentford via Feltham and Hounslow
- 20 minute walk to Sunbury train station (Waterloo in 50 mins)
- 10 minute bus to Feltham station for faster trains into Waterloo (30 mins)
- 20 minute walk/5 min drive to Costco, Tesco Extra, M&S & Farmfoods
- less than 10 mins to drive/10 on the bus to Asda, Tesco, Iceland, Lidl and Aldi along with some other shops in a small retail park in Feltham.

Must be pet friendly as I occasionally look after my mums dog (a Whippet). Would also consider someone with a cat, the front door has a cat flap and the flat is away from a main road.
