Double bedroom in Sunbury in 2 bed flat

I am looking for the right person to fit in my 2 bed flat in Sunbury on Thames. Someone who is considerate, clean and respectful but also sociable, friendly and easy-going and would be up for hanging out and cooking meals together.

Would consider a Monday - Friday let at a lower rate.
The flat is less than a 10 min walk to the BP Offices.

The double bedroom is fully furnished, with a double bed, wardrobe, and drawers.
Rent will be £700 per month and most bills are included (council tax, water, internet, tv licence).
Gas and electric is separate, and is split evenly based on usage. It works out around £25-60 each, depending on the season.

The room will be available from mid May, but I can be flexible with dates, as it’s more important to me to find the right person.

About the flat:
- Living room with smart TV
- Bathroom with a bath and shower
- Kitchen has been recently refurbished
- Ground floor flat in a small block
- Communal gardens
- On street parking with no need for a permit

Must be pet friendly as I occasionally look after my mums dog (a Whippet). Would also consider someone with a cat, the front door has a cat flap and the flat is away from a main road.
