The Room: I have a fantastic double room available with its own private ensuite bathroom. It comes fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, (desk available upon request). It’s a bright, private space perfect for relaxing after work. There is also a 50" TV that I am happy to leave in the room or remove at request.

The House:

You’ll be sharing the rest of the house with myself and one other person. We are both working in public service/blue-light sectors. It is a flat with:

We are located in a safe, quiet area in Sunbury-on-thames.

8 minutes walk to Sunbury Station, nearby to both BP and BT offices.

Close to local shops, The Gym, several pubs, and Costco.

I am a working professional who values a calm and tidy home. I’m friendly and up for a chat or a cup of tea, but I also respect privacy and personal space. This is very much a home, not a party house.

The Ideal Lodger: I am looking for a working professional or a mature student who is tidy, respectful, and reliable. Someone who treats the place like their own and is happy to help keep the communal areas clean.

Non-smoker preferred.
