Furnished Modern Double Room-Built in Wardrobe

Hi there, I am a 35 year old professional female and live in landlord. I have for rent a spacious double bedroom with a built in mirrored wardrobe. It’s a modern flat with new flooring and kitchen.
There is visitors parking in the private carpark or free on street parking. Kempton Park train station is a 5-10 minute walk.

I am open to short term lets and or/mon-friday lets for a reduced price.

There is a main bathroom which I rarely use as I have my own.
All bills and broadband are included. Female professional preferred and one reference is required.

Included is use of washing machine, dishwasher, a fully functioning new kitchen and the room is fully furnished. I work from home 3 days a week and I like to relax in the evenings, cook and watch T. V. Otherwise I am out seeing friends and family. I am quite laid back and respectful and looking for some one similar to share my flat with. Thank you for your interest :)
