Fresh and clean single room with new mattress. This single room is on the ground floor of family townhouse has wc/shower room opposite which is shared with one other. Has large TV installed on wall and plenty of storage. Overlooks the garden. Full use of the open plan lounge kitchen area on the middle floor and garden. The family bedrooms and bathroom are on the top floor. The house is clean bright and airy with welcoming decor and all mod cons. Off-street parking on the drive. 5-10 mins walk to Sunbury Rail station. 235 Bus from top of the road, or other buses 5-10 walk to sunbury cross. Room is available only for short term let. All bills included. We have one cat (who thinks he's a dog! 🤪) Relaxed friendly approach to things.......
