Monday to Friday lets can be negotiated.

There are three bedrooms. You will be sharing with a house proud, quiet, clean and tidy couple who are friendly and respectful of privacy. We are busy working professionals. Two dogs live here too. Our other lodger is a young professional female who works from home and is similar to us in personality.

You will get your own cupboard for food and space in fridge also. There is a washing machine but no dryer so you need to air dry your clothes. Room door can be locked.

The room will be suitable for you if you are independent, and like a clean, tidy, quiet environment.

The whole house was completely refurbished when we bought it 2 1/2 years ago. We plan to renovate the bathroom and kitchen in the Spring.

Property is a 10 min walk from Surbiton train station, 17/15 minute fast train to Waterloo. Buses into Kingston, New Malden, Hampton, Richmond, Putney, Wimbledon and surrounding areas are frequent and very convenient. Quiet area with a Sainsbury’s local 2 minutes away.

One month’s rent in advance and one month’s security deposit to be returned at the end of the tenancy if no damage or outstanding rent.
