A fabulous house share in Surbiton which has recently been refurbished and is clean, bright and airy. A new kitchen has just been fitted.

All bedrooms have large windows and are furnished with everything that you need, bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a desk if you need it!!! There is a lovely shared living room and kitchen and a sunny garden.

The house is fully furnished with a fully kitted out new kitchen with all appliances and there is plenty of storage space. This house is just about to have a new kitchen and bathroom fitted.

The house is situated in Surbiton with local shops, pub, gym, a great cafe and take aways just around the corner. Everything that you need in a local community!

Surbiton station is only a 7 minute walk away with a fast train to Waterloo taking only 15 minutes and 25 minutes on the slow train.
Kingston shopping centre is a 5 minute bus ride.

The house consists of a good sized kitchen, living/dining room, bathroom, separate shower room and separate toilet. There are six bedrooms in total.

This room is on the first floor and has a small double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table. A desk can be put in if necessary.

There is also a back garden and parking for one car on the driveway.
