Bedroom 1: Bright upstairs bedroom with huge built in wardrobe. Large window lets lots of light into the room. Nearly-new bed, mattress, and tall drawers. Additional drawers within the wardrobe.

Bedroom 2: Good sized bright downstairs bedroom with large window. Furnished with wardrobe, drawers, bedside table and nearly-new bed and mattress.

Bedroom 3 (with ensuite): Double room with huge built-in wardrobe, and nearly-new bed and mattress. Ensuite includes toilet, sink, and shower.

About the area: The flat is in a quiet road just a 5 minute walk from Surbiton station. Trains to Waterloo take less than 20 minutes. You can walk down to the riverside in 5 minutes and on from there to Kingston in 10 more. Surbiton itself has a Waitrose, Sainsburys, M&S, poundland, and loads of pubs and coffee shops – everything you could want!

About me: I’m a live-in landlord and I work as a teacher at a local secondary school. I enjoy going to the theatre, Netflix binges, G&Ts, and pole fitness. I would love to share my flat with similar tidy and friendly professionals.
