Single room in lovely family home

We are a family of 4 (two children school age) with a Cat and we already have one very nice female student so we are looking for another considerate, clean and tidy person. You would share showroom/toilet with the existing student only.

We are within walking distance to Surbiton, Kingston, Hampton Court and the Royal Parks and also on the K2 bus route we are very convenient for excellent transport links to London.

All bills except food are included. Strictly no guests allowed so would suit a student or someone who needs midweek accommodation for work in London. Must have references.
