Double room in huge two bedrooms flat

I am currently looking for a new flatmate in a really nice and big flat in a converted mansion in Surbiton with a nice shared garden. The flat is really close to the station (about 6 mins walk) and the high street, and has two bus stops in front of it to go toward either Kingston or New Malden. There is a also a private car park if you own a car.
The room itself is a decent size with a builtin wardrobe, really quiet with a view on the garden.

I'm a French IT professional ideally looking for someone like minded. I am quite liberal and relaxed, into music, books and the usual nights out in London.

The rent for the room is £600 plus half of the bills and council tax (total is generally around 140, but it can be slightly less or more). And you will be willing to be on the lease with me.
