Room In A Share Flat

This room is available from 19 of july till 30 of august i am going away i will drop keys with tenants and collect it on my way back if my phone doesnt work please contact me by email my phone is usually off reception i dont need a deposit i just need 3 weeks rent upfront to secure the place i will be away and there is another room available for 100 per week at the property . Its a bright two bed apartment 5 min away from surbiton station trains every 3 min to waterloo . I need to rent it asap . Please be aware that rent is only available from the 19th of july till 30th of august . Thank you maria
