Big Double Room

I am only Looking for to find a single professional
£850/pcm for very clean and spacious double room in my house including the bills.

Looking for someone for about 6 months for now, and let’s see what happens next. Start 3/4 of August.
2019.

The house is super clean, nicely decorated and fully equipped with everything you need including fully functioning WIFI, SKY CHANNELS etc as well. The house is located in very nice area about 10min walk from Tolworth train station and is very close to shops, post office and Tolworth high street. SURBITON, KINGSTON, NEW MALDEN, WIMBLEDON CLOSE BY & Waterloo 20min on train direct.

The area is very relaxed and quiet so you don’t have to worry about any street noise. There is free and always available parking outside the house.

The double room I offer faces the front view. It might come with few cupboards, shelves etc for storage but it’s optional.
At the moment it’s still occupied but it’s free to view and available from the 3/4 of August 2019.

The house has a large dining area with a nice table and chairs as you can see in the picture and lounge comes with sofa , sofa chairs and large tv - SKY CHANNELS, for relaxing when needed. There is fully and fast working WIFI in the house too of course.

Bathroom has a bath and shower also. Everything is clean and well looked after as well as rest of the house so I am looking for someone who is working full time and is relaxed person overall at the same time.

Garden with shed for storage and nice area with table, chairs and umbrella for bbq in the summer (if it decides to come to UK) :)

I am self employed and full time working always super busy. Very easy to get on with. Looking for to the right candidates only.
