Right at the heart of Surbiton, this spacious and furnished 1 bed room is up for grabs ! It's located right behind Surbiton station and Kingston is only 10 mins away by bus ! Shops are right around the corner, the area is very peaceful and central London is 30 mins away via train so this is a great area of your looking to commute into central or work in the nearby Kingston! It's not an on-suite so we will be sharing the one bathroom and the kitchen which are both cosy!

We are looking for someone who is friendly, fun and chill, someone who is a good spirit that we can take down to the pub every now and again for a fun night ! As long as you are respectful and considerate towards others then that's all that matters !

We both are very friendly and outgoing and love being nerds from time to time. We both love films and we are quite a musical bunch so expect singing and guitars and a really chill atmosphere. We are very respectful and tidy people so don't worry about mess. There might be an occasional bowl but it will be gone by the next day :3
