We are very lucky to live close by to many shops with Waitrose downstairs and Surbiton station opposite the flat. There are many fast trains to Waterloo and the flat would be a great fit for a working professional who needs to commute.

Rent is £550 a month with bills being £155 per month (this includes electricity, water, internet, Sky and council tax). Total amount for rent all bills and council tax is £705 per month.

We are looking for someone to move in on 27th September.
