Large double room

Hello,

I am looking for a respectful and friendly person to take my amazing bedroom mid-September (flexible - I can leave before) as I'm moving back to France.

The room is huge, but part-furnished. There is already a large built-in wardrobe and the bedside table and one of the chest of drawers will stay. You will have your own bathroom.

The flat is on the first floor of a small block of apartments in a quiet area of Surbiton. 10-min walk to Surbiton station and only a 3-min walk to the bus stops (Kingston, Surbiton, Chessington, Epsom, etc…).
It consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 living-room with a big smart tv, 1 kitchen fully equipped (big fridge/freezer, gas cooker/oven, brand new dishwasher and washing-machine/tumble dryer) and lots of storage. It's very modern, clean and tidy.

You will be sharing this flat with a down-to-earth man. George is British and works for a charity company. Our landlady Alice is very nice and always available for us.
George has a 6-year old daughter who comes every other weekends, she's adorable and very funny, so you have to be comfortable having her around sometimes, but George is very accommodating and they generally have lots of plans on those weekends.

The rent is £690, plus the bills, it will be £815 in total: water, electricity/gas, council tax, internet, TV licence included.
You will need to pay for a month rent in advance and a deposit of £706 when you move in.

The contract is made through an estate agency, very flexible, easy and there's only a small fee of £50 for the referencing process.
