We are looking for a professional to rent one of our spare rooms in our 4 bedroom house in Surbiton. The house is very close to excellent transport links to Surbiton station, Kingston, Chessington and it has easy access to the A3.

The rent includes all bills, Sky TV, Wi-fi and also exclusive use of an upstairs living room and private bathroom. The double room is fully furnished and includes a large wardrobe, two bedside drawers and a lovely garden view.

The kitchen is equipped with all the usual amenities including: cooker, hob, fridge, freezer, microwave and a dishwasher. Please note that we do have a gorgeous cat so preferably anyone living in our house would be a cat lover!

The room would ideally suit a professional who would like their own space during the week.
