We are a professional couple living in 4 bedroom house and looking to rent out a double room. Newly built specious house with all modern appliances, fast Wi-Fi, garden, 2 bathrooms and downstairs toilet. We are friendly and easy going, looking for someone tidy and considerate. In return will offer a place to call home.

Tenant will have access to shared kitchen, dinning room, bathroom and garden. Full-time tenants, as well as Monday to Friday professionals, are welcome. Responsible students considered, sorry no couples.

Room comes with a new double bed, comfortable mattress, mirrored wardrobe, desk and chair. There is a built-in cupboard with shelves too. Room has wooden flooring and a big window (with blinds) allowing loads of natural light, overlooking a quiet courtyard.
