Cute & Comfortable room in the beautiful Surbiton

The room is cute and cosy, it’s perfect for someone who’s looking for a cheap place to rent within easy travelling range of the London! But is just far enough that you can enjoy the countryside town aesthetic!

The room comes with a single bed, that can be pulled out into a double, which has 3 drawers beneath and is snuggly situated under a window looking onto a quiet street.
There are two shelves at either end of the bed (along with sockets) and space on the other side of the room for a wardrobe and desk if needed!

The current housemates are lovley!! And I have loved living with them in my time there 🌸
They’re always happy to socialise and cook with you and share a glass or two of wine

There’s a garden out the back with plants, a patio and a washing line.
There are parking spaces available that are private to the house and are in there own separate area on the other side of the garden.

Surbiton train station is 20 minutes walk away and 7 minutes by bus.
