We have a room available to rent, in our 3 bedroom family home it will be shared with me and partner, my 2 children who are 5 years and 9months.

We have busy lives, with school, activities etc and are in a good routine. Noise is down to a minimal as I like peace and quiet so am mindful to make sure the house is as quiet as possible.

Large single room that would suit a female profession. Who just need somewhere safe and friendly to sleep and eat.

Rent £550 Inc bills and monthly cleaner.

Unfurnished with one built in cupboard.

((A single bed, bedside table and wardrobe can be provided if you need it.))

Amenities: We have a local Co op and bus stop 3min walk away. Surbiton Station and KINGSTON Station are 10min bus away.

Rules: No smoking in the house. No Guests.
