Bus stop is in 3 mins by walk (easy accsess to Kingston, Tolworth, New Malden, Esher, etc.), Surbiton Station is in walking distance as well from where you can be at Waterloo in 20 minutes (via Clapham Junction, Vauxhall, etc.). Surbiton High Stree is in 3 minutes walk, where you can find big Sainsburry, shops, pubs, restaurants, Waitrose.

On street car parking available if needed (yearly parking permit is 90 pounds/year).

Kitchen is equipped. We have a lovely garden.
