We have one en-suite double bedroom to offer in our quiet, clean and tidy house with a rear garden and on-street parking.
The house is well presented with gas central heating and double glazed windows.
It has 2 master bedrooms with ensuite, a double and a small bedroom.
A large kitchen/dining area with built-in washing machine as well as a dishwasher. small appliances such as toaster, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, hoover and kitchen utensils are available and included.
You would get your own cupboard to store your food while the large fridge will be shared between you and two more housemates.
The room comes fully furnished.
Currently has a king sized bed , which will be replaced with a double/ single as preferred by the new tenant.
a 2 door wardrobe, and a bedside cabinet.
However any of this furniture can be removed.
There is also an attic which can be made use of.

The house is in easy reach of various transportation in a friendly neighbourhood .Less than 5 minutes walk there are buses going into Surbiton, Kingston town centre, Kingston Hospital ,New Malden, Hounslow and Putney.
Surbiton train station is about 1.5 miles away and offers fast rail links into London Waterloo in less than 30 minutes.
Also Tolworth train station is as close as a 10-12 minutes walk.
