A Single/Double Beds

We are looking for one person. The house is gorgeous with an open kitchen, living room and dining room area with a garden.15 minute walk from campus to penrhym road. Its a single bed which is a bit smaller than other bits still cosy and functional.
With bills included and wifi it will be around 600 per month
(If you are a couple or have best friend you want to share a large room eith we are willing to exchange the single room to a bigger double room for you!!!) Accomadated by two separate desks and chairs and wodrobes!!!! Which will be less cheaper
