We have a room available in a 6 bed house share in Surbiton.

The house is situated in Surbiton with local shops, pub, gym, a great cafe and take aways just around the corner. Everything that you need in a local community!

Surbiton station is only a 7-minute walk away with a fast train to Waterloo taking only 15 minutes and 25 minutes on the slow train.

Kingston shopping center is a 5-minute bus ride.

The room is on the 2nd floor of the house. Medium sized bedrooms - £650 all inclusive. 2 bathrooms and separate toilet. Communal living room and large kitchen. All bedrooms are furnished with a bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and desk.

There is also a back garden and parking for one car on the driveway on a first come first served basis
