Furnished Double Room available in 4bed house

1 double room available in a 4 bed house at Surbiton. We are a group of 3 postgraduate students at Kingston University (Kingston hill campus), and we are about to rent a 4 bed furnished house in KT6 with 2 bathrooms and a lounge with TV. Bills are not included and should ideally average £50pcm provided we’re all council tax exempt (student).

We are looking to begin our contract from 1st September 2022, and would need an extra Flatmate who’s also willing to stay for at least 6months, although 12 months would be considered.
