I’m originally from New Zealand, but lived in London for 10 years before spending the last 5 in Australia. I returned to the Uk last year and am looking to create a lovely home for the next year or 2. I work in insight/marketing and my passions are travel, food & nature. I like a calm and relaxed home with people up for a chat & wine or a movie on occasion but also happy with quiet time and their own space. I'm clean and tidy and looking for the same. Also looking for people who are considerate and keep relatively standard professional hours.

The property has just been repainted, has new carpet on the stairs and is fully double glazed.

There is a lovely seperate dining room which gets great sun in the morning and a comfy lounge to cosy up and watch tv. All furnished.

The kitchen has 2 ovens & a gas hob, all new and good quality and a slimline dishwasher.

There’s a lovely little garden terrace out back which I’m gradually decorating, great for relaxing in over the summer.

The room currently comes with a bed and no other furniture, but this could be negotiated for the right person.

The location is amazing, a 2 minute walk to the Thames and lovely walks along the river into Kingston - perfect if you like running!

A 10 minute walk to Surbiton train station with a fast 18 minute train into Waterloo.

The maple road shops are at the end of the street with a beautiful French boulangerie/pâtisserie, lovely pub and other restaurants.

Plus they do an amazing farmers market once a month!
