I own this flat but will largely be living at another location, so you will mostly have this flat to yourself. Me or my partner may be in the other room of the flat 1 night a week.

Please note that there is no sitting room in this flat.

There is parking for a small car at the front, or communal parking to the rear of the parking.

Bills are all inclusive.

Due to the small size of the flat, it would suit a single occupancy only.
