Bright double bedroom in a two bedroom flat in Surbiton. The room benefits from having exclusive use of the main bathroom. The bedroom can be furnished or unfurnished depending on your preference. Available from 18th May however can potentially be flexible on this date.

The flat is on the first floor and is part of an old, converted hall/house. There are 5 flats within our side of the building and there is access to a communal garden. Modern kitchen fully equipped with oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Bright spacious lounge and private bathroom with bath/shower.

The flat is a 15 minute walk to Surbiton station and the town centre which has shops, cafes, and restaurants. Surbiton has frequent and fast trains into London Waterloo, Vauxhall, Clapham Junction & Wimbledon. There is also a bus stop across the road with regular buses into Kingston and Surbiton town centre. Permit parking is available on our road and can be purchased from the local council. The permit for our road benefits from being the same permit zone as the roads at the back of Surbiton station so you can drive and park near the station if needed. There is a Co-op around the corner from the flat, Sainsburys local a 5 minute walk away and a park over the road.

The reason the room is becoming available is because I am moving out to move in with my boyfriend. My brother (Lloyd) is the other housemate, and he will occupy the other double bedroom which has its own ensuite bathroom.

Lloyd is a working professional (asset manager) and has hybrid working so works from home three days a week. Lloyd is easy going, sociable, enjoys chilled nights, eating out, clean, tidy and plays football and tennis weekly.

We are looking for someone to take on the room who is a working professional, easy going, sociable, clean and cares for the space they live in. If you have hybrid working or work from home, then there is space in the lounge for you to have a work setup if needed.
