It's a very high specs 1 bed flat with underfloor heating, a functional German kitchen, big balcony (south facing), close to high street and bus stops, free off street parking nearby. It's very convenient to get to Surbiton station or drive to anywhere with access to A3.

I'm moving out in June, so will need someone to replace me from 24th June onwards (dates can be discussed). Minimum stay is 3 months. My contract ends on 24th October 2024, however, you can continue to stay by renewing the contract with landlord.

For long-term let (more than 3 months), the price will be different.
