Room to let in good location, Surbiton

Hi

I came to the area just over a year ago and my friend/flatmate is moving out for a new job shortly.

I welcome any enquires for a flat share in what I think is a lovely location. Great transport into the city, river less than a minutes walk and all sorts of other amenities, local pubs and restaurants etc.

I plan on spending quite a bit of time in S. France this summer so I guess that's a bonus for someone seeking extra privacy.

The room isn't huge but has very large cupboards and storage space on one side.

I like to keep the place nice and consider myself a considerate person.
