Surbiton - 3 month short let / Airbnb W/PARKING

Hello,
I’m looking for someone to take over my flat as a sub-let for around 3 months max from 1st June in Surbiton. This can be flexible to suit your dates. Please message for any requests :)
Since it is a sublet ALL bills are included.

One allocated car parking space at the front of the property.
The flat is a 10 minute walk to Surbiton station which has direct trains to London Waterloo (20 mins)! We have great bus links to Kingston & Epsom buses 281, 418, 406 which are right outside the property. It’s very safe for women as the property is on the well light main road. Sainsbury’s Local is 30 seconds away and many cute cafe’s and local amenities right on your doorstep! B&M and Iceland are about a 15 minute walk towards Tolworth. Or a large Waitrose and Sainsburys 10 minute walk into the centre of Surbiton.
Very well connected area!
There is a beautiful well kept quiet communal garden which is never used so you might have full reign of that during the summer!

Me and my partner currently stay in the flat, we love it & it has been recently renovated and in a minimalistic/ modern Scandinavian style. It’s a Victorian conversion flat with lovely original arched windows. (The white kitchen worktop, is currently being installed as we speak with undermount sink, induction hob and freshly painted walls).
There is a 60inch smart TV, microwave & washing machine and other essential items available. Cutlery, plates, cleaning products will also be available. (Bedding & towels if requested)
The decor MUST stay exactly as seen in the pictures and must not be moved. No modifications to be made under any circumstances. The property is as seen (aside from kitchen worktop and paint work which will be complete before move in) Must be kept clean & tidy.

Preferably for professionals 21+
Available for a single person or a couple only. If you’re interested do message & let me know a bit about yourself.
Quiet hours are between 11pm-7am.

There is also a cleaner who will visit once per month as per the contract (date of your choice). However it is essential even though there is a cleaner to keep on top of day to day cleaning.
