Situated a 10 minute walk from Surbiton station (Waterloo - 25 mins) and minutes from the nearest bus stop. Kingston is a 10 min bus ride or a 25 min walk.

The room is big and light and currently furnished with a bed, wardrobe, desk and drawers. There are sockets for broadband internet connection, telephone and TV.

The rest of the house consists of:

• A large open plan kitchen/dining room with 3 ovens - 2 combination microwaves , 5 ring hob, dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge and freezer.

• First floor bathroom with wet room shower, free standing bath, toilet and basin.

• Second floor bathroom with jacuzzi bath, toilet, basin and separate shower.

• A large lounge with full Virgin TV package, HD projector and surround sound system.

• A pleasant garden that's big enough for BBQs and general summer lounging.

Parking is on-street via residential permit - approx. £80 for the year.

The house is large and light with high ceilings, and with 3 floors there is plenty of room so it never feels crowded. We are in the process of redecorating but this does not cause any problems. Its a nice comfortable, friendly and easy house to live in.

Current house mates seek a laid-back, friendly person to share with.

We all get on well together and although not a party house we do occasionally go to the pub, cinema, have movie nights and throw the odd party/BBQ.
