lovey bright double rooms. All rooms are nice and bright and very clean. There is ample parking directly outside, also parking available on the drive at extra cost for full time parking.
This is a professional house where the tenants enjoy peace and quiet to relax and chill after a working day, although they do get together and chat whilst cooking and have the occasional glass of wine. There is smoking allowed in the smoking area in the garden only. The transport links are very good as the bus stops are at the end of the road which take you to Surbiton, Chessington, kingston with train stations (Berrylands) 10-15 walk nearby. All rooms have flat screen tv and wi fi. Virgin 200mb. The rear garden is large and a great place to unwind and relax in the summer months.
We are looking for friendly people who are very clean and very tidy. All bills are included. IE gas, electric, council tax, water, wi-fi etc.
