We are looking for a fun and friendly housemate to fill a spacious double room in Surbiton/Tolworth area. The house is newly decorated and located 5 mins walk from the highstreet and Tolworth train station, with 24 hour bus service to Surbiton and Kingston.
The room is located at the top of the house in the loft conversion and is massive - also has its own en-suite bathroom!
The house includes: 2 reception rooms (one with Virgin Tevo box and comfy sofas, one at the back for relaxing/ parties), a large kitchen with dining area, reasonable sized garden, secured outhouse for storage, one downstairs and one upstairs shower room and 5 bedrooms.
The flatmates: four girls between the ages of 23 and 25. We are a very outgoing group who are looking for someone to make the most of the house - no 'shy and retirings' need apply.
