This is a lovely large room on the ground floor of the house.
It is furnished with a single bed, desk and chair and a very big wardrobe. The room has lots of natural light.

There is a toilet adjacent to the room and the bathroom for showers is upstairs.

Use of large kitchen and a south facing garden. The house overall is airy, clean and comfortable.

You'd be sharing with the landlady and my daughter during holiday periods when she comes back from Uni.

We've housed students, teaching staff and professionals for 10 years. We are looking for someone with a similar routine and lifestyle.

We are situated on a quiet residential road between Kingston upon Thames and Surbiton.
KIngston University is about 15min walk and the university bus also stops round the corner from here.

SURBITON train station is 12min walk from the house, with frequent fast services into London Waterloo.
There is a Waitrose, Sainsbury's and Marks & Spencer on the High Street and lovely local cafes.

It is easy to walk into Kingston town centre with its well-known shopping area and market.
We also are 10 minutes walk from Maple Road in Surbiton a wonderful local road full of unique bars, cafes and restaurants catering for young professionals. There is also a great street market there once a month.

We are walking distance of many bus routes.

The river Thames promenade is 20 min walk from here and we are surrounded by the Royal Parks- Bushy Park, Richmond Park and Home Park.
